A Veteran Performs a Better Inspection

A thorough inspection performed with honor and integrity, so that you will have the information you need to make the best decision.

What We Inspect and Why

A home inspection involves visually examining a house's structural elements and systems. This step is crucial for buyers, as it reveals both visible and hidden flaws. From minor repairs to major safety concerns, an inspector's insights are invaluable.

Inspecting In Action

What Really Matters In a Home Inspection?

What makes AVHI unique?

It is my commitment to performing the best and friendliest home inspection you will find in this area. Keeping the highest; morals, standards, and ethics you will find, and always doing the right things for the right reasons. Our prices are slightly higher for a reason too, and that is only to give you the best home inspection for the money you do spend, here is a real concern... If you go with a lower cost company the person performing your inspection will not have the same amount of time to dedicate to you and the home inspection process. They are often required to visit more residences in a day, thus limiting how much allowable time they have available to spend on any single inspection.

Although there is a lot of automation in report writing these days, after working those 3 or 4 jobs that day it is time to update and review all the reports and send them out (yes, our reports are finalized on the same day as the inspections we perform). After they spend the time preparing more reports there is no time to rest, which will affect anyone's attention to detail, which is what you need and want in a home inspector. AVHI will never schedule more than 2 home inspections in a day.

We understand that caps our business unless we add more resources. As the only employee I can guarantee this. After committing four hours to your inspection, and more if it requires it, I will review all the data and summarize it for you in a report. If you have any questions along the way we will do our best to provide you with answers or find a person or place that we believe has the answers. With experience in real estate sales, engineering, electronics, home repair, roofing sales and repair, heavy construction and more, I really do bring a world of experience, training, and knowledge to the inspections I perform.
